Content Submission Terms and Agreement

By submitting testimonials, comments, feedback, before-and-after photos, or any other media (“Content”) to nātal LLC or any other brand owned by Nancy Anderson or Nancy Anderson Fit (collectively referred to as the “Company”), including through community posts, program submissions, or customer interactions, you agree to the following terms:

When submitting Content, you grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and any submitted Content in any form or media, now known or later developed. This includes, but is not limited to, all brands owned by Nancy Anderson, such as Move Your Bump, Birth Recovery Center, and any current or future entities.

The Company may edit, adapt, mix, duplicate, or re-use the Content, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. All submitted Content becomes the sole and exclusive property of the Company, including any copyright interests. By submitting Content, you waive any claims to ownership, compensation, or the right to inspect or approve the Content’s use.

The Company may use the Content for purposes including, but not limited to:

‍

• Customer service and client support

• Organic and paid social media campaigns

• Marketing and promotional materials, including advertisements

• In-app content, testimonials, or case studies

• Websites and other media platforms

‍

The Content may be used in any context, alone or with other content, and distributed across any platform, including social media, paid advertisements, apps, websites, television, and more.

By submitting Content, you confirm that:

‍

• You have the legal right to submit the Content, and no third party has any claims or rights to it.

• If the Content includes other individuals, you have obtained their consent for its use.

‍

You release and indemnify the Company, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or copyright infringement. The rights granted herein are perpetual and worldwide, and you waive the right to withdraw or modify your consent at any time.

Your participation and submission of Content are voluntary. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to them. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit Content.
